LOAN BROKERAGE SERVICES
AN INVESTOR HAS INDICATED AN INTEREST IN YOUR PROJECT
1. If an investor/lender has indicated an interest in your project a Placement Memorandum, PM is issued. The Placement Memorandum or PM is in written form and will indicate the disposition of the investor/lender review. The PM will provide options available for securing funding for your project. It may also list missing items that needed for the file.
2. Due diligence process is required and consist of conducting a background and document review on the company and principals. This event will occur after you have received a written conditional approval from the lender. Before or after the review should we have any questions, we will email you.
INTRODUCTION TO OUR SERVICES
This page “Introduction to Our Services” is a very important part of our system as it will explain the services we offer and how the financing process works. It is at this point you will decide whether to move forward and submit (the executive summary) for your project. If, after reviewing the “Introduction to Our Services” you find our services not a fit, then there is no need to do anything else. It is not required; the cost is a flat fee of $295, please review last.

There is no minimum or maximum loan amount rule that we use at this time and NO up-front fees required to review your project summary. We offer a free no upfront fee brokerage for loan submissions in your local area or state. However, if we are not successful in securing financing in your state of residence, we have a paid service called the Global Brokerage Platform Network, GBPN which is a global service where we locate lenders and investors worldwide, this service is optional.
LOAN BROKERAGE CONCEPT
Our Loan Brokerage system is design to accommodate any type of project, i.e., business, commercial real estate or startups, regardless of its geographical location or loan amount. When a project doesn’t meet the lending criteria (if you checked this option and payment is received) we will automatically submit it to our Global Brokerage Platform Network, GBPN. In either position our objective is to successfully secure financing for your project.

Our loan brokerage network covers the globe, projects are considered for funding regardless of its origin. Project(s) are considered for review as long as it is not located in a country that is hostile to the United States of America. WHAT TYPE OF LOANS WILL YOU CONSIDER ARRANGING UNDER THE GBPN?
As a rule of acceptance, we will accept most commercial financing requests, even those requests for trade, import/export and movie producers we have the ability to arrange Bank Guarantees, BG and Stand-By Letter of Credit, SBLC and other instrument enhancements, typically ranging from $2M to $30B or more. Additional services for small businesses such as corporate credit financing and building is also available under our umbrella. So, you can see that we cover a broad range of financial services and products which are a necessity for owners of real estate and /or businesses. The GBPN is a significant function of our business.
HOW DOES THE GLOBAL BROKERAGE PLATFORM HELP ME?
Unlike our direct lending department, our team of experts has been known to structure traditional transactions with a touch of creativity to make the deal work. Or when necessary, it may require joining several groups with various financial products to make the deal work. So, we have the know-how.

Business loan approvals are provided rapidly. Some loan programs require a flat membership fee, regardless of the loan amount, but no advanced commitment fee which are typically charged by commercial banks.
BROKERS AND INTERMEDIARIES:
Our lenders do not accept broker chains. We are direct to the lender therefore; the referring broker will be required to sign a broker agreement between MIC and the referring broker in order to receive commission. Commissions are disbursed from escrow and not from MIC.
