As an Assurance Group Member, you’ll become a passive investor.
An Assurance Guarantee Group member may be a legal entity or an individual who has signed the membership plan and affidavit, and has read the guidelines.
We are a Web-Based Real Estate Investment Banking Group located in the Financial District of Los Angeles, California. We offer unsecured debt securities to accredited investors. In return, the investor receives a competitive rate and terms, typically two years. The notes are unsecured. As an Assurance Guarantee Group Member, you will be a part of our backup investor group. Its function is to act as our guarantor. Assurance Guarantee Group Members receive an interest rate of 10% on the amount they remit to us, typically not more than intervals of $150. As evidence for the $150 they will receive a promissory note. If needed, funds received from our Assurance Guarantee Group will be used to repay debt to investors.
We have organized the Assurance Guarantee Group to insure investments and loans that we receive. It exists to mitigate risk. You will insure a maximum of $1,000 of liquidity in the event investors lose their principal. Your payment will be requested in increments of $150 and will never exceed your total amount pledged. The pledged amount of $1000 is used as a safe investment limit for small investors. This limit may be increased after the Assurance Member establishes a history of reliability.
You will be allowed to make money with us as an insurer and a passive investor. Any funds we receive from you as an Assurance Guarantee Group Member is backed by a promissory note and an annual interest rate of 10%. The amount we will request, if any, will typically be less than $200 at any given time. Please see the example listed below.
You have the opportunity to earn a non-traditional yield on a very small amount of money. This kind of opportunity is NOT offered by any bank or Savings and Loan institution. The rate that you receive is annual, so you will continue to earn 10% annually until the debt is repaid, usually within 60 months.
If we receive a loan from an investor in the amount of $150,000 through the purchase of
our Corporate Debt Note Securities.
These securities are registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. To mitigate additional risk, the Assurance Guarantee Group would act as our insurance fund should something go wrong. In this scenario, of the 1,000-member Assurance Guarantee Group, we would request one hundred fifty dollars ($150) from each member. In return, each Assurance Guarantee Group Member would receive an interest rate of 10% paid over a period of 60 months. Of the $1,000 pledged amount members would only use $150. This strategy spreads risk among each of our members to establish a diversified holding. For the most part, our corporate debt securities represent a very low risk investment. We are real estate acquisition specialists and have created the Assurance Guarantee Group as a backup - just in case.
Assurance Guarantee Group members have the option to increase their yield to 15% by paying $99.00 at sign up, otherwise membership is free. The pledge is a legal and binding document, therefore, members are not permitted to change after the pledge is made.

Just complete the agreement to pledge funds of up to $1,000, but the maximum remittance at any one time is not to exceed $150 intervals when requested. And when I do, I will earn 10% annually on my $150 per year, paid quarterly.
